Aquatic Solar Halo

On February 13, 2022,
being on the river bank at noon,
I took an aquatic look at the Palace of Parliament
and a similar look at the National Library
and the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Then I watched a solar halo near the last two buildings,
the Chamber of Commerce seeming like a spaceship
ready to fly to negotiate commercial transactions
anywhere in the solar system.
