Cosmic Multicultural Bucharest in the Pandemic (133):
In the Spirit of Zen
By Andrei Dorian Gheorghe (astro-photo-poem-essay) and Florin Alexandru Stancu (design)
February 4, 2022.
After seeing the evolution of the Sun in the sky from morning to afternoon, I went to see the sunset near a Buddhist temple.
I know, Buddhism is Indian in origin, but this temple was a follower of a Japanese version (coming from a Chinese chain) called Zen and a center of silent enlightenment.
All I could do there was an attempt to compose the following astro-photo-poem in the spirit of Zen.
The Sun is beautiful and brings light
even among the branches of the trees.
Buddha also liked the sickle of the Moon.
Nirvana must be somewhere
between the Sun and the Moon.
