After 111 Years

In 1910,
Bucharest became the second capital city, after Paris, holder of the world aviation record of being crossed by an airplane (piloted by the Frenchman Michel Mola).
The route of that crossing was from a suburb (Chitila) in the west to the Firefighters’ Tower in the east and back.
On February 21, 2021
the Crowned Moon above the Firefighters’ Tower
asked me never to forget the memory
of that wonderful flight.
