GAM 2022 - Astropoetry Tour with Scorpius

Before morning I noticed from my window
the Moon lined with two light bulbs,
the star Altair from the Eagle
and three stars from the Scorpion
(especially Delta Scorpii - Dschubba),
but I couldn't see Antares (Alpha Scorpii)
because of the trees
(I don't dare to talk
about the open clusters Butterfly, Caldwell 75 and Ptolemy,
about the nebulae Bug and Cat's Paw,
or the globular clusters Messier 4 and Messier 80).
Then I went down to the park,
where I could only see the Moon
setting in the trees.
In these conditions,
I later went to see the sunset at the Zodiac Fountain
(made in the 1930s by Milita Patrascu and Octav Doicescu).
There I could see,
at least as a work of art
(without any risk of being stung),
the whole Scorpion!
