Other attractions of the event were the speeches of astronomy and science together with scientific experiments on the central stage, pigmented with moments of hip-hop and folklore (not exactly appreciated by true sky lovers, but useful to attract the general public).
I retained the astronomy presentations at the top: Valentin Grigore (the president of the Romanian Society for Meteors and Astronomy - SARM) about the complex beauty and virtues of amateur astronomy, Mirel Birlan (the director of the Astronomical Institute of the Romanian Academy) about asteroids, Catalin Beldea (the national eclipsoman and astronomy editor of the magazine “Science and Technique”) about his observational expeditions around the world, and cosmonaut Dumitru Prunariu about astronomy and astronautics.

To complete Valentin Grigore, I made a short presentation of the astropoetry/cosmopoetry movement of SARM, which I ended with a famous personal proverb-poem about the Universe, convinced that…

Sometimes a whole world
of stars can be caught just in
an astroproverb.
