Kindly invited by Octavian Blagoi and Sorin Marin, we moved to the central building of AIRA.
The first target of our visit here was one of the oldest astronomical instruments, the clock of Constantin Capitaneanu (1844-1893, the first state astronomer in Romania, geodesist, cartographer and astronomer for the first map of the Kingdom of United Romania, creator of two astronomical rooms in Bucharest and Iasi in the 1870s).
People have to give everything they can
in a rhythmic and limited time.
Only their great deeds can escape
into eternal time.
