Asteroids: The Cosmic Time Capsules – A Thrilling Outreach Session
The mysteries of asteroids came alive in yet another exciting outreach session, where hundreds of students gathered to explore the fascinating world of these cosmic wanderers. The enthusiasm and curiosity in the room were palpable as students engaged in a deep dive into the science of asteroids—what they are, where they come from, and how they have shaped the history of our solar system.
A Journey Through the Solar System
The session began with an engaging presentation that took students on a virtual journey through the asteroid belt, highlighting some of the most famous asteroids, including Ceres, Vesta, and Apophis.
