Lunar Observation Resource

By Reuel Norman Marigza posted 11-20-2020 04:16

Greetings everyone!

I was clouded out in the Philippines during the International Observe the Moon Night last September. Since the InOMN 2020 took place during our rainy season, and I have poor internet connection at home to take part in virtual events, I decided to create a simple online resource from my past lunar photos. I used large text for the PDF with mobile phone users in mind.

Sharing here the link (and also to familiarize myself with the new platform): Lunar Observation

I agree with @Johannes Stübler, please consider posting the actual file(s) in our shared Library.  Use the Participate->Share a File menu and choose to share with just the National Coordinators Group or with AWB General Community which will be the place where all members can interact. Once we have a few files shared, we can organize them into folders and by using tags by topic.

@Johannes Stübler the link provided should allow for access without having to sign in to a Google account. However if it is not accessible in your area I will try to upload it here as soon as my internet connection becomes okay.

Too bad I cannot open your resource-link without creating a  google account. I don't have one and I don't want to create one. So no good idea to use drives like this. To my opinion we should use our own resources to share informations. For example sharing a file here: https://my.astronomerswithoutborders.org/participate/share-file
