Cosmic Multicultural Bucharest in the Pandemic (53):
Planets on Harmony Street
By Andrei Dorian Gheorghe (astro-photo-poem-essay) and Florin Alexandru Stancu (design)
Some called it Ballet Street, although it was officially named after Alexandru Ioan Cuza, the first ruler of United Romania (1859-1866).
But I would call it Harmony Street.
Here I found four buildings belonging to four different Christian confessions.
Two are Neo-Protestant: Adventist and Pentecostal.
One is Christian-Orthodox, Saint Nicolae Church (made in the 18th century, it has relics of the first Orthodox missionary in Japan, a Russian monk in the 19th century).
Here I took a picture with Mars (October 17, 2020), but there was too much light pollution.
And one is Christian-Catholic, Saint Elena (an initiative of the Magyar-Polish-German communities in the beginning of the 20th century, sustained by the Emperor of the Austro-Hungarian Empire).
Here I took a picture with Saturn and Jupiter on the left (also on October 17, 2020), but I was bothered by the trees.
Nothing goes perfectly in this universe!
Not even on Harmony Street!
