Cosmic Multicultural Bucharest in the Pandemic (317):
Tauberg’s Return 2022 (2)
By Andrei Dorian Gheorghe (astro-photo-poem-essay) and Florin Alexandru Stancu (design)
“From near worlds
And distant worlds,
Stellar clusters transmit
A silent symphony
To infinity
Through traveling rays.
The ear does not feel it,
But the Cosmos knows it.”
-Zigmund Tauberg-
On July 21, 2022, the living veteran of world astropoetry, Zigmund Tauberg, and his daughter Liana Tauberg (leader of the “Friends of the Operetta” group) organized the summer edition of the Mihail Sebastian Cultural Circle at the Green Tea house.
An important component of the event (especially because its coordinator, teacher Tauberg, has always followed here the connection between general culture, arts and astronomy) was dedicated to books (releases and presentations) - thus, I saw here a huge book, the Bible versified by a Romanian poet, and I exhibited here the books of the astronomical culture publishing house Astromix.
Writers and poets read from their creations, classical music performers sang famous pieces, and Mr. Tauberg and I ensured the part of astronomy and astropoetry.
I was happy and impressed to listen here to an astropoem by Zigmund Tauberg, “Astral Symphony”, set to music, and I would say that everyone around felt the same.
And even more, I also saw...
The Sun, a sky friend,
listening to the senior’s
astral symphony
