Cosmic Multicultural Bucharest in the Pandemic (319):
A September Visit to Dejhagascar
By Andrei Dorian Gheorghe (astro-photo-poem-essay) and Florin Alexandru Stancu (design)
On September 8, 2022, I crossed the city by bus to visit the second veteran of the astropoetic movement of SARM, Dominic Diamant (87 years old), after he had told me on the phone that he was not feeling well.
Finding him sad and weaker in his beautiful garden, Dejhagascar, I tried to encourage him, and he gave me his last astropoem, which he had written on the same day.
Before showing this creation of Mr. DoDi (in my translation from Romanian),
I hope he will recover quickly and will continue to compose many verses.
COSMIC
By Dominic Diamant
Maybe in the Cosmos
the extraterrestrials have found their meaning
in stars and constellations,
some peaceful, others rebellious.
If things are like this,
why wouldn't we humans be
confident in our return to
the alien stars from infinity?
