A Heavenly Rival

I wanted to be
as close to the Moon as possible,
but suddenly I saw that
I had a heavenly rival
named Aldebaran.
Poor him!
Probably Aldebaran will never know that
he cannot be closer than me
to the queen of earthly nights
just because she always orbits
only my planet!
