On April 21, 2026, the Mihail Sebastian Cultural Circle in Bucharest, led by mathematician teacher Zigmund Tauberg (98 and a half years old) with the help of his daughter Liana Tauberg, celebrated Global Astronomy Month 2026 with lectures, music and poetry on astronomical themes, and by watching the GAM 2026 trailer (produced by Valentin Grigore).
The Romanian Society for Meteors and Astronomy (SARM) was specially invited, and I took photos and wrote a haiku about this event.
