Jacob’s Ladder.

God is timeless, how do we know?
Looking at ancient art tells us so!
Homo naledi was found in a cave
Near its remains they say a ladder
Was inscribed near their graves. That
Occurred over 200,000 years ago. As
Time passes on many more ladders
Ancient art will show.
Moving on to 65,000 years ago, there in
Spain Neanderthal cave art will show
Another ladder there painted on a wall.
Perhaps those beings were heeding God’s
Call. The ladder motif seems to be timeless
You see. Maybe it is something in the stars
That they see! An interpretation on the Big
Dipper maybe!
Now we’re in Australia some thousands of
Years ago. Etched in a rock is a lattice of
Sorts. Just a grouping of some ladders you
See, they were interpreted as Star constellations
Floating free. We know that the Australians are
A religious people looking for God is what they
Do! Was it Jacob’s ladder that they saw? If so, we
Can say it was in multiples of one or more!
Finally as we approach the common era we see
What has defined all previous eras. According to
The Hebrew Bible of man, we find the story of
Jacob’s ladder by which all previous interpretations
Do stand. Yes, God in a dream showed Jacob you
See a stairway by which heaven could be reached.
We know that modern man has some Neanderthal DNA
And the Australians are in there too! It is yet to be
Determined if Homo naledi is in the brew?
Now looking back across life’s stage I think we can
Say across the whole age, that God has had all these
Beings in his view because as he looked on them they
Saw him too!
