Jupiter
.
Jupiter is on high in the sky tonight.
At 7:38 pm on this Wednesday night.
It is in the Eastern sky. Galileo saw
It with his first scope in 1610
He saw three Moons that
First night. We have three
Tonight in sight, Europa, Ganymede
And Callisto. Galileo made his
First observation of Jupiter on the 7th
Of January 1610. Tonight
Is January 28th 2026. Four hundred
And sixteen years and 21 days ago
Galileo may have seen the
Same configuration you know!
Perhaps history is repeating itself
Tonight! What a sight!
