Outreach - Interaction and Telescopic Observations
THE ASTRONOMICAL SOCIETY FOR TRAINING, RESEARCH AND OUTREACH (ASTRO) recently organized an Observational Astronomy Outreach Interaction and Telescope Observations in collaboration with The Heartfulness Learning Centre in Kanha Village. This event included interactions with students, followed by telescope assembly and stargazing. Both students and staff attended the program well.
Engaging with the enthusiastic kids and answering their questions was a delight. ASTRO would like to extend special thanks to Assistant Professor Anu Joy from TISS for her participation in the event, which contributed to its success. We also appreciate the support of the Principal, the Academic Advisor, and the other staff members throughout this initiative.
