Cosmic Multicultural Bucharest in the Pandemic (109):
November 2020 - Walks through Central Bucharest
By Andrei Dorian Gheorghe (astro-photo-poem-essay) and Florin Alexandru Stancu (design)
In Central Bucharest, a solar reflection on an interwar block with the faces of four Roman emperors…
Then in West Central Bucharest, the Venice Hotel…
And in East Central Bucharest, another solar reflection near a Neo-Romanian house….
a spectacular house in French eclectic style…
“the Gaudi House” (made by a fan of the genial Catalan architect who brought the Universe closer through his magnificent Sagrada Familia)…
a mysterious old house on the Latin Street…
the Melik House (made by an Armenian aristocrat in the 1760s)…
I had to stop near a sunny church in Byzantine style with Romanian elements, Saint Sylvester (an Orthodox church founded in the 18th century and remade in 1907, keeping remnants of a Catholic Pope!),
where even the Sun felt indebted to show
other forms of expression…
