After lunch, the Symposium continued not only with variable stars, but also with other astronomical topics, presented by Mark Rushton (UK, who came from the University of Central Lancashire), Cristian Danescu (the creator of a private observatory near the city of Ploiesti), Cezar Lesanu (an excellent radioastronomer) and Jan Ovidiu Tercu (founding president of the Calin Popovici Astroclub, coordinator of the Galati Astronomical Complex, the discoverer of the first variable stars and the first asteroid in Romania, organizer of astronomy camps, and astronomy teacher for students of all ages).

These admirable sky lovers made me write the following conclusion:

From radio waves
to variable stars
and from light curves
to extragalactic astronomy…

We can definitely see:
the Universe is always busy!
