In July 2019, SARM organized another extraordinary expedition, this time in Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Peru and Bolivia, among the visited sites being Machu Picchu, Nazca and Easter Island), with the observation of a total solar eclipse in Chile.
Just like in 2017, I couldn't go on this expedition, but I wrote haikus for Valentin Grigore's astrophotographs, which were published on the old website of Astronomers Without Borders.
