Commemorating two Romanian champions in the popularization of astronomy
By Andrei Dorian Gheorghe
.
.
Victor Anestin (1875-1918,
founder of the first astronomy magazine
in Romania)
and Harald Alexandrescu (1945-2005,
former coordinator of
the Bucharest Municipal Observatory)
undertook to explain the light of the stars
in an emotional way
for the people of their country
at different times.
Now they are happy in the sky,
members of a superior astronomy club,
which juggles cosmic distances
much easier
and probably reached
the distant galaxy MoM-z14
long before
the James Webb Space Telescope.
.
Moral:
.
The purest treasure
That has no measure
Is just the great flight
Of unified light!
